Collapsible chapters, BookStack order & covers from Photos

• Collapsible chapters: tap a chapter name to collapse or expand it, long-press to toggle all. Books with many chapters start collapsed, and BookStax remembers the state per book — in the offline library too
• Same order as in BookStack: chapters and pages appear in the order you set in BookStack
• Server status at a glance: the book and page views show when BookStax last fetched the content from the server
• Covers from Photos: photos are converted to JPEG and scaled down before upload — HEIC photos, which used to trigger a server error, now work as covers for books and shelves
• Light or dark: your appearance choice is now stored permanently per server profile
• Independent: BookStax clearly identifies itself as an unofficial app for BookStack on launch, in onboarding and in the credits
