Combine font & background freely, covers from the share sheet & loose pages in their place

• Combine font and background freely (Pro): Font and background can be chosen separately, for example the system font with the warm Reading background; the Reading, Coding and Writing presets remain as quick picks
• Five new backgrounds: Sepia, Sage, Mist, Rosé and High contrast — High contrast uses pure black and white for maximum legibility; your combination applies in the reader, the editor and the widgets
• Covers from the share sheet (Pro): Share a photo from the Photos app to BookStax and choose “Book cover” or “Shelf cover” — BookStax resizes the image, converts HEIC and leaves name and description unchanged
• Loose pages in their place: Pages without a chapter appear exactly where you placed them in BookStack — even before the first chapter or between two chapters
